 Not that long ago, my wife and I were average people, with a very normal lifestyle.  Middle class lifestyle, getting colds twice a year, falling asleep at my desk after lunch, suffering from indigestion and stomach ulcers, etc.  We had just normal health compared to my friends and neighbours. 

We’ve decided to change that.  We’re working on upgrading the middle class lifestyle, but we’ve successfully changed our health.  No more colds, no more migraines, no more being classified as obese, no more depression, no more ulcers.  I can not ask my doctor for advice, because I don't have one.

If you could relate to the normal lifestyle and wanting to change it, I know that most of what we’ve done, will also work for you.  Since then, health and wellness changed from a personal passion to a business, I learned a lot about the stuff we didn’t experience ourselves.  For example, I didn’t know a bit about running a marathon and I still don’t have the experience.  At least I found out about it and the health benefits coming from it.

I’m quickly going to give you the recipe of what we’ve done to change our health around.  To increase our knowledge about health issues, we’ve read a lot of books, bought a lot of tapes, attended a lot of seminars.  On the nutrition side, we’ve changed the way we eat, we’ve tried various supplements and began to drink more water.  And slowly, but surely, we developed an exercise routine. 

Getting to where we are today, took us more than 4 years.  But it’s worthwhile.

Uhm, yeah, 4 years is way to long, even for myself.  If I had to get the same results today, I wouldn’t take that long at all.  I did it the trail-and-error way.  I had a lot of misconceptions in my mind that had to be changed before I reached my health results.  And there was no health and wellness expert by my side, helping me in my particular situation. 

Over time I refined my knowledge to be able to quickly find out where you are now and how to reach the point where you want to go.  And by quickly I mean about 55 minutes.  Once this is complete, you’ll have a tool in your hands that bring your ideal health into immediate reach, the blueprint for your healthy lifestyle.
